The cozy winter scene depicts a little rabbit character fast asleep at the window of his bedroom, bundled up in his warm blanket. In his dream, a big red fox is gently embracing him, making him feel safe and loved.

Outside the window, the landscape is covered in a blanket of sparkling snow, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The soft colors and gentle lines of the illustration convey a sense of warmth and comfort, making the viewer feel like they are right there with the adorable little rabbit.

The illustration is based on the famous romance ‘How the Boy Talked About How He Was Not Taken to the City’ by Lev Tolstoy.

The illustration is a project realised during the course at Ars in Fabula school of Macerata.
